By accessing or using BunkBuddy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

BunkBuddy provides free online tools for students, including but not limited to: attendance tracking, CGPA calculation, assignment management, exam scheduling, and study streak tracking.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Calculations are for informational purposes and should be verified with your institution's official records.

You agree to use BunkBuddy only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you will not:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any data you store locally and for backing up your information.

Academic accuracy. BunkBuddy's calculations (CGPA, attendance percentages, grade predictions) are estimates based on the inputs you provide. They should not be considered official academic records. Always verify with your university's official grading system.

No warranty. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BunkBuddy and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

All content, design, code, and branding on BunkBuddy are the property of BunkBuddy and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BunkBuddy operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
